These terms govern your use of The Distribution Notice during early access. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Early access

The service is in early access. Features may change, arrive later than planned, or be withdrawn. We provide it as is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your team account and for activity under it. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, resell access, or use the information to harass or discriminate against anyone.

4. Information in the service

Reports are derived from public web pages. Firms can change or remove those pages, and detection can miss or misread a change. Verify anything important before you act on it.

5. Fees

Early access is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you notice and the terms in advance. You will not be charged without agreeing.

6. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
