The short version: we collect what we need to run your account, we read only public web pages, and we do not sell data.

1. Who we are

The Distribution Notice tracks publicly posted people changes at investment firms and reports them to our customers. This policy covers our website and service.

2. What we collect from you

Account details: your work email, your team name and a securely hashed password.

Service data: the firms your team follows and your notice preferences.

Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. Information about people at firms

Our service reads public Team pages published by investment firms. From them we record names, titles and the dates we detect a change. We do not collect private contact details, and we do not combine this with data from other sources.

If you appear on a firm page and want your record removed from our service, contact us and we will remove it.

4. How we use information

To run and secure your account, to detect and report changes at the firms you follow, to send the weekly notice and service emails, and to improve the product.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who host, email and secure the service on our behalf, under contract, or when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is open and delete it within a reasonable period after it is closed. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can see your account details in the app, and you can ask us to correct, export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
